Camper Details

I am having trouble uploading a photo.

       1. The photo you are trying to upload is too large (reduce the size by cropping it).
       2. You can only upload JPEG, JPG AND PNG.

I have logged into my account but cannot see my children’s profiles. 

       You have created a second account; we can help you. Send us an email with the names of the children

Applications

I am trying to apply for camp, but I cannot put my child’s name in the box that says child/camper.

       Create your child's profile in Camper Details first. Click here Camper Details 

I accidentally applied for the wrong week, what do I do?

       Do not make a new application, just email us with the new details for us to fix. 

need to update my camp application.

        Please email us with the required changes, we will edit your application and invoice details. 

I applied for camp but did not pay the fees. 

       We have your application, do not apply again.  Your invoice is located under the Payments Tab at the top and will reflect any outstanding balances.

Leaders and Kitchen Helpers

How do I apply to be a leader?

       Go to the apply for camp page and click on the Leader Application button

I am applying to be a leader; Why can't I for my husband/wife to be a leader/kitchen helper?

       Each account can only have one leader with as many child profiles that you may need.

Payments

I am using my phone, and I cannot see where to pay my fees.

       On a phone you only see part of the payment table.  To see the remaining table, swipe to the left. This will now show you the view and/pay option on your invoice.

Social Workers/Children in Care

A child that has been under my charge is changing Social Worker/Caregiver. 

       We have all their details on file, email us with the change in circumstances. We will transfer the child’s details to the person who will be taking over their case.
